The role:
As an IT Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and processing them to the highest standards. Other key responsibilities include meeting clients’ ’s needs by seeking the best sales opportunities, negotiating delivery and cost of products and solutions, and working with the client to finalize their orders. This role is the core of the Sales department and is a vital link between our clients, the sales department, and the Front of House operations team.
Our perfect candidate has:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy environment in the IT industry
Enthusiasm and a positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
Experience managing upward and managing expectations of clients, colleagues and supervisor
Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, and is results-oriented and highly self-motivated
Excellent communication at all levels
The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real-time
Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment
The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position
Technical Requirements: The Candidate must have hands-on experience with any CRM Application as well as have the expertise to communicate professionally. Expert drafting skills will be preferred. Candidate must understand how the sales department works while working with the Account department.
