Project Engagements

For clients who are working on a pilot project with specific requirements, we recommend a project-based engagement model. The Client's project will be carried out by a full-fledged team at Join The Byte.

Dedicated Development Teams

Join The Byte dedicated team serves to scale clients’ development resources. Based on project development requirements, we manage our specialized teams with the appropriate number of project managers, team members, and infrastructure.

Service Level Agreement

For long-term projects with agreed-upon limits and requirements, we recommend SLA-driven. Our organization takes complete responsibility for the consented SLAs under the terms and conditions agreed upon between the Client and Join The Byte.

Fixed Price

Join The Byte offers a fixed scope approach to its clients when project parameters are sufficiently clear. We specify expected timelines and deliverables under the low-risk model in order to settle a mutually acceptable price. This pricing approach is also appropriate for Agile projects. The scope can be further broken down into shorter portions of stories. The charge of Join The Byte is decided by the size of the story that is chosen during the planning session.

Time

Join The Byte Time-Based Model gives the freedom to change project requirements in response to changing market conditions. The approach is ideal for highly complicated projects with a high likelihood of specification and design revisions. We charge an hourly rate, which can be agreed upon at the end of the arrangement.

Billing Milestone

This is a great option for long-term projects that require either time-based or milestone-based payment plans. Each milestone is expertly completed at Join The Byte, and our clients have reimbursed either a fraction of the total project expense or a pre-determined amount. Our proposed paradigm allows for improved monitoring and lowers the risks associated with large-scale operations.
